Luke has been instrumental in driving XCM’s success over the last 14 years guiding 133% ARR growth in just two years, shaping our strategic partnership with Frasers Group, and strengthening our position as a leader in data, analytics, and AI-driven customer growth through our flagship Customer Data Platform, Horizon.
Graham Ibbetson will move into the role of Executive Chairman & Founder, continuing to provide strategic oversight and leadership as XCM scales further.
