C-suite retail leaders openly shared what they need for the future – not just for themselves, but for their peers and the wider industry. The feedback was honest, constructive and energising, with a strong sense that something genuinely useful is taking shape.
What stood out most was the focus on being people-centred rather than performative. Creating a space where leaders can sense-check decisions, share real challenges and build trusted connections is no small thing – and it’s clearly resonating.
