What an incredible evening in London last night at the Winter Wonderland edition of the Future of Retail X Xecutive Xchange. The room was full of energy, sharp thinking and a genuine sense of momentum across the retail community (and the mulled wine helped combat the cold!).
It was great for XCM to be there alongside so many leaders who are shaping what comes next for our industry. The conversations we had last night echoed a shared belief: 2026 is going to be a defining year – bigger, faster, and driven by smarter data, sharper customer understanding and technology that ‘actually’ moves the needle.
