We are delighted to announce the appointment of Guy Swan to Client Strategy Director, with immediate effect. Guy will now lead our Client Services team forward as head of department.
Guy has had an incredible journey with XCM which started back in 2012. In that time he has been in a number of roles across analysis, CRM and client management giving him an incredible understanding and deep knowledge of data driven marketing and analytics. His new role is focused on maximising the value of client’s investment in our Customer Data Platform, Horizon, ensuring we are aligned to their KPI’s and ambitions and ultimately driving their CRM maturity in the right direction.
This new appointment follows recent client partnerships including, Aston Villa Football Club, Frasers Group and Great London Hospitality. XCM helps major brands to unlock the potential of their customer data and works with various sectors including retail, gaming, sports and hospitality.
Luke Ibbetson, Managing Director at XCM, commented on the new appointment:
“Guy is a true success story and it feels like the train is only just leaving the station. He has been with us for the past 7 years and has matured at pace overcoming each and every challenge in front of him. He has incredible resolve and capacity to deliver results for our clients day-in-day-out. He will now lead our end-to-end Client function managing a growing team of Client Directors and Managers and also our CRM Campaign Managers and Executives.
